Please email us if you get different info than what is listed here.  Please be mindful with condiments and drinks at these restaurants, most of the research I have done is around food ingredients.  Thank you to these restaurants for being so fully committed to health, organics, and supporting local farmers!

Sundown at Granada - Dallas, Texas - I read an article recently on the amazing things chef Patrick Stark is doing at this restaurant.  Very exciting.  He developed a booklet to give to customers that lists every ingredient in the house and tell them what may have GMOs in it and what doesn't.  He is very passionate about the subject and created a website to help educate people on GMOs.  They are moving towards being 100% GMO free in their restaurant this fall around October.  Their vegetable oil and canola oil is certified organic, all soy products are organic, zucchini and crookneck squash is organic, sugar is certified organic, honey is organic, the red meat is 100% grass fed from Passo Prime in California, corn products are organic. Overall about 75% of the food is organic. Eggs are organic and pasture from Vital Farm Eggs, cheese is 100% grass fed and Non GMO from Brazos Valley Cheese, Full Quiver Farms, and Organic Valley.  Chicken is organic and pasture from Vital Farms.  The bacon is from Organic Prarie and is certified organic. The bread they use has GMO sugar and GMO canola in it, but the restaurant itself only uses organic sugar and canola.  Their gluten free bread options (buns, waffle mix) are mostly Organic and Non GMO, but do have some Xanthan Gum and yeast which could potentially be GMO, but these are small amounts in these products.  Avoid: the Bread here if you want to avoid GMOs.
